1070 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 30,

Mr. Coffin, from a Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,

House bill entitled an Act to empower the County
Commissioners of Prince George's county to levy a
sum of money for the building of a school house for
white children near Hyde's Store, in said county.

Which was read the second time.

On motion by Mr. Hayes,

The rules were suspended, by yeas and nays, as fol-
lows :

Was reconsidered, and

On motion by Mr. Hayes,

Said bill was then substituted for the unfavorable
report, and read the second time, and

On motion by Mr. Hayes,
