On motion by Mr. Moss,

The vote by which said bill passed was re-considered.

The report of the Conference Committe was then

adopted, and bill passed by yeas aad nays, as follows:

AFFIRMATIVE.

Brown, Newman,
Coffin, Posey,
Dawson, Seibert,
Evans, Smith,
Getty, Toadvin,
Gorter, Waters,
Hayes, Wilkinson—20.

NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.
Mr. Hayes, from the Committee of Conference, sub-
mitted the following

REPORT:

The report of the Joint Conference Committee on
the amendments to House Bill No. 36, entitled "an
Act to repeal section 367," of Article 4, of the Public
Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Har-
bor, Docks and Wharves," and to re enact the same
with amendments, respectfully recommend :

1st. That the Senate recede from the amendments
striking ont all after the word "city," in line 7, sec-
tion 1, and striking out in line 8, of section 1, the fol-
lowing words, "the public wharves in said city."

2nd. And to adopt, as an amendment to said bill,
after the words "public wharves," in line 8, section 1,
the following, "other than wharves belonging to or
rented by the State, and that part of Pratt street
wharf reserved for the use of the State."
