Mr. Moss, from the Committee of Conference, sub-
mitted the following

REPORT:

The Joint Committee of Conference of the disagree-
ing votes of the two Houses on House bill (printed)
No. 144, known as the "Oyster Cull Bill," respectfully
recommend that the House recede from its non-con-
currence in all of the Senate amendments except the
amendment fixing the time for the beginning of the
oyster tonging season on September the 20th, in each
year, and that the original bill be so amended that
the tonging season shall begin on the 15th day of Sep-
tember in each year, instead of the 1st of September,
as provided by the bill.
