House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Com-
missioners of Queen Anne's county to issue twenty-
five thousand dollars in bonds, for the purpose of
paying the current expenses of said county.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Brown, Dawson and Lloyd.

House bill entitled an Act to regulate the taking of
oysters in certain waters of the State.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries.

House bill entitled an Act to amend Article 1, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel
County," sub-title "Oysters." .

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Moss, Rogers and Newman.

House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Balti-
more, East Baltimore and North Point Railroad Com-
pany.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
the Baltimore City Senators and Mr. Hubner.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 124, of
Article 81, of the Code of Public General Laws, vol-
ume 2.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
the Committee on Finance.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 34 A
and 34 B, of Article 56, of the Code of Public General
Laws of Maryland, title "License," passed at Janu-
ary Session, 1890.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
the Baltimore City Senators.

Also, delivered,

House Joint Resolution relating to the Naval Hos-
pital Building at Annapolis.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
the Committee on Federal Relations.

Also, returned the following :

Senate Joint Resolutions authorizing the Comp-
troller of the Treasury Department to strike from the
books of his office certain old and worthless accounts.
