Mr. Wilkinson submitted the following message :

BY THE SENATE,

March 29th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :

We have received your message asking the Senate
to recede from its amendments to House bill entitled
an Act to regulate compensation of jurors, bailiffs,
criers and messengers to the Circuit Court for St.
Mary's county and respectfully refuse to recede there-
from and herewith return said bill.

Which was read, assented to, and sent to th3 House
of Delegates.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following message:

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

March 29th 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate :

We have received your message proposing the ap-
pointment of a Joint Committee of Conferance on the
disagreeing votes of the two Houses on the bill enti-
tled "Oysters," No. 144, and respectfully inform you
that we concur therein.

We have appointed on the part of the House, Messrs.
Thompson, Smith, of Dorchester, and Bryan.
