House bill entitled an Act to prohibit persons other
than residents of Anne Arundel county, from fishing
with sein or net of any kind within the waters of
Marley creek and Furnance creek.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 253,
254 and 255, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Anne Arundel County," sab-title "Wild Fowl."

Which were read the second time.

Mr. Austin, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 42 and
44, Article 10, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Dorchester County," sub-title "Cambridge."

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Dawson, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the town
of Preston, in Caroline county.

Which was considered, and referred to the Com-
mitteee on Judicial Proceedings.

Mr. Seibert, from a Select Committe, reported fav-
orably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
section 236, of Article 22, of the Code, of Public Local
Laws, title "Washington County," sub-title "Han-
cock."

With the following proposed amendment:
AMENDMENT PPOPOSED.

Strike out in line 7 the word "fifty," and insert
"twenty-five."

Which was adopted.

Said bill, as amended, was read the second time,
and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.
