Mr. Getty, from the Committee on Corporations, re-
ported favorably, the following bills :

Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Elec-
tric Light and Railway Company of Baltimore county.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
section 15, of chapter 598; of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Session,
1890, entitled an Act to amend the charter of the Loan,
Trust, Security and Insurance Company of Harford
county, and to enlarge its powers and to add a new
section to said chapter, to be numbered section 16.

Which were read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the Columbia and Maryland Railway, a corporation
formed under Article 23, of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of this State, title "Corporations," sub-title
"Railroad Companies."

Which was read the second time.

House-bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Elkton
Electric Light and Power Company,

With the following proposed amendments :

Cecil county," and insert in lieu thereof "Maryland."
