CHAPTER 73.


AN ACT to repeal section fifty-seven of the Code of


Public Local Laws for Prince George's county,


as enacted by the act of eighteen hundred and


seventy-six, chapter one hundred and five, entitled


" An act to repeal section forty-four of the Code


of Public Local Laws," entitled " Prince George's


County," under the title of " Collectors," enacted


by the act of eighteen hundred and seventy-two,


chapter two hundred and ninety-four, and to re-


enact the same with amendments, and to add


additional sections thereto, and to re-enact said


section fifty-seven with amendments.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That section fifty-seven of the Code


of Public Local Laws for Prince George's county, as


enacted by the said act of eighteen hundred and


seventy-six, chapter one hundred and five, entitled


" An act to repeal section forty-four of the Code of
