CHAPTER 72.

AN ACT to repeal Section fifty-three of Article
|
|
|
|
sixteen of the Code of Public Local Laws, enti-
|
|
|
|
tled " Prince George's County," under the head of
|
|
|
|
" Collectors," enacted by the act of eighteen hun-
|
|
|
|
dred and sixty-eight, chapter three hundred and
|
|
|
|
thirty, and to re-enact the same, with amendments,
|
|
|
|
and add additional sections thereto.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That Section fifty-three of Article
|
|
|
|
sixteen of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
|

SEC. 53. The County Commissioners for Prince

George's county shall annually, in the month of

March, by a notice published in one newspaper of
