LAWS OF MARYLAND.

 

CHAPTER 499.

 

AN ACT to repeal chapter two hundred and

 

thirty-eight, passed at January session, eighteen

 

hundred and seventy-six, entitled "An act to

 

provide for the repairs of the public roads of St.

 

Mary's county," and enact the following as a

 

substitute therefor :

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That chapter two hundred and thirty-
