AN ACT to empower the present Board of School

Commissioners of Baltimore county to pay R.

M. G. Trainor, of Reisterstown, in said county,
|

the sum of three hundred dollars and ninety-two
|
 
|
cents, for services rendered the said county as
|
 
|
teacher of school number seven, second district,
|
 
|
for the scholastic year ending June the thirtieth,
|
 
|
eighteen hundred and seventy-seven.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That the present Board of County
School Commissioners of Baltimore county are
|

to pay.

hereby empowered and authorized to pay to R. M.
G. Trainor, of Reisterstown, in said county, the
sum of three hundred dollars and ninety-two cents,

for services rendered the said county as teacher of
|

school number seven, second district, for the
|
 
|
scholastic year ending June the thirtieth, eighteen
|
 
|
hundred and seventy-seven, if in their discretion
|
 
|
they deem proper.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 493.
AN ACT for the protection of Dairymen, and to
prevent deception in sales of Butter and Cheese.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That every person who shall manu-
facture for sale, or who shall offer or expose for
sale, any article or substance in semblance of butter
or cheese, not the legitimate product of the dairy,
