CHAPTER 481.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay the
|
 
|
claims of Medairy and Bowers for stationery fur-
|
 
|
nished for the use of the General Assembly and
|
 
|
Court of Appeals and the State Library.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treasury
|
 
|
be and he is hereby requested and directed to issue
|
 
|
his warrant upon the State Treasurer to pay Medairy
and Bowers for stationery furnished for the use of
|
 
|
the General Assembly for this present session the sum
|

of five thousand seven hundred and twenty-three
|
 
|
dollars and thirty-five cents, and for stationery fur-
|
 
|
nished the State Library the sum of three hundred
|
 
|
and ninety-nine dollars and thirty cents, and for sta-
|
 
|
tionery furnished the Court of Appeals the sum of
|
 
|
nine hundred and thirteen dollars and seventy-five
|
 
|
cents.
|
 
|
SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this act shall take
|

effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to authorize the Comptroller to issue his

|
warrant upon the Treasurer to pay John A.
|
 
|
Gillam, of Allegany county, the sum of three hun-
|
 
|
dred dollars, with interest, bounty due him since
|
 
|
eighteen hundred and sixty-five.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
 
|
bly of Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to issue his warrant
upon the Treasurer to pay John A. Gillam, of Alle-
|
