CHAPTER 63.


AN ACT to cede to the United States the title to


the land occupied by the Antietam National Cem-


etery, near Sharpsburg, Washington county, in the


State of Maryland, and to cede jurisdiction over


same.


Whereas the Congress of the United States, by


act of March the second, eighteen hundred and sev-


enty-seven, authorized the Secretary of War to pro-
