SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the president, managers and

company of the Baltimore and Yorktown Turn-
|
 
|
pike Road be and they are hereby authorized at
|
 
|
any time to sell and convey, or mortgage or other-
|
