the commissioners for that purpose, and shall annu-

ally or oftener, if required, render to the commis-

sioners an account thereof; but before said treasurer

bond payable to said commissioners in such penalty

use and benefit of said corporation, and shall also

ceived by him, and the said bond shall be recorded

among the records of said corporation ; and the said
|

treasurer shall qualify and enter upon the duties of
|

his oifice on or before the first Monday in June suc-
|

ceeding his election, and a failure to qualify within
|
 
|
the time herein specified shall be deemed a refusal
|

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the following

SEC. 30. And le it enacted, That the first and all
|

subsequent elections held under this act, the com-
|
 
|
missioners shall give at least ten days' notice of the
|
 
|
same, and shall be held at such places as they may
