CHAPTER 466.
|

AN ACT to divide the second election district of
|
 
|
St. Mary's county, and to create an additional
|
 
|
election district in said county, to be styled the
|
 
|
" Bay" or "Eighth Election District."
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That so much of the second election
|
 
|
district of St. Mary's county as lies on the northeast
|

|
side of the following lines shall be known as the
|
election dis-
trict.
|
"Bay" or "Eighth Election District;" that is to say,
beginning at the line of the third election district

where the same is intersected by what is known as
