SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That the commission-

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That the commissioners,

SEC. 9. And be it enacted, That the clerk shall

enter all ordinances by the commissioners in a book
to be kept by him for that purpose, which shall be

open at all times to the inspection of any person in-

terested. The President of the Commissioners shall

sign all ordinances, and copies thereof shall be put

up in the most public places in the town.

SEC. 10. And be it enacted, That the said com-

missioners may meet from time to time, as often as

occasion shall require, on the business of the said
|

corporation, and not less than once in every three
|

months ; and they shall at their first meeting after
|

an election choose one of their number president

of the board, whose duty it shall be to preside at all

meetings of the commissioners, preserve order and
|
 
|
enforce the provisions of this charter, and four com-

missioners shall constitute a quorum for the transac-

tion of business ; they may compel the attendance of

absent members in siich manner and under such
|
 
|
penalties as they may by ordinance provide.

SEC. 11. And le it enacted, That the commission-
|
 
|
ers shall have power to enact and pass, subject to
|
