imposed in this and the preceding section to be paid

the court, and the other half to be paid over to the

 

proper authorities for the support of the public

of the said clerk of court to inform the grand jury

 

of any previous conviction or convictions of any per-

 

son or persons so offending, upon request of the

 

grand jury of said county ; and the said grand jury

sentment and indictment by them found, the number

 

of times, if any, that the person or persons presented
