CHAPTER 449.

 

AN ACT to protect fish and water fowl in the

 

waters of the Elk river, in Cecil county, north-

 

ward of a line therein specified.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That it shall not be lawful for any

sticks, or in any other manner, or to make noises on

 

the decks of any boat or boats, or on any part of

 

said boat, by the use of clogs or wooden shoes, or

into any seine, fish basket, or other contrivance for

 

catching fish, or for the purpose or which will have

 

the effect of driving or frightening wild water fowl

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That any person vio-

 

lating any of the provisions of the preceding section
