CHAPTER 447.

 

AN ACT to authorize and empower the Trustees of

 

the Cavetown Union School-house, in Washington

 

county, to sell and convey said property and exe-

 

cute a good and sufficient deed for the same.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That Joseph Winters, David Spes-

 

sard, Joshua Dayhoff, Jr., John Houser, John E.

 

Kelly, John J. Houser and Oliver J. Beard, Trus-

 

tees of the Cavetown Union School-house, and their

 

successors, be and they are hereby authorized and

empowerd to sell, dispose of, convey and execute a

deed for said property, it being the same property
heretofore conveyed by deed from John Winters and

 

Margaret, his wife, to seven trustees of said school-
