election, and the said clerk, upon receipt thereof,

duties of Councilmen (or Mayor and Councilmen),

for the town of Hagerstown, in accordance with the

and ordinances of said town ;" and the said clerk

SEC. 122. The Council shall convene at least once

in every month during the year, and as much oftener
|
|

as the necessities of the town may require, and they

and no other fees whatever.

SEO. 123. At their first regular meeting, or as soon

as may be convenient, the Council shall proceed to
