setting forth the name of the offender, his offence,


amount of fine and costs or other penalty, all of


which shall be reported to the Mayor by the officer


making such arrest immediately thereafter.


SEC. 115. All ordinances passed by the Council

upon his approval shall become laws, but in case he


return any ordinance without his sanction it shall


not become a law unless passed subsequently by four

SEC. 116. For his services the Mayor shall receive
