AN ACT to refund John F. Price, guardian of Cath-

erine S. Mclntire, of Cecil county, a sum of money

erroneously paid into the Treasury.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he is

for the sum of thirty dollars and eighty cents, erro-
neously paid into the Treasury of the State by John
