CHAPTER 425.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of

St. Mary's county, in their discretion, to adjust

and pay the claims of John A. Barber and the

heirs of Garner Hayden, for county taxes paid in

error.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of

St. Mary's county be and the same are hereby

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this act shall take

effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 426.

AN ACT to give the sanction of the General As-

sembly of Maryland to a bequest in the will of

John Beggs, late of Carroll county, deceased, to

the Trustees of [of] the Benjamin's, or Krider's

Reformed Church, in said county, in the State of

Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the sanction of the General
