CHAPTER 422.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of
|
 
|
Worcester county to open a road in said county,
|
 
|
and to permit gates to be placed across the same.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of
|
 
|
Worcester county are hereby authorized and empow-
|
 
|
ered to open a road from, such point as they may
|
 
|
deem proper in the ninth election district of said
|
 
|
county, near the town of Berlin, on the public road
|
 
|
which is contiguous to the farm occupied by Peter
|

C. Davis, so as to intersect the public road leading
from Newark to Queponco, or so much thereof as
|

AN ACT to change a part of the dividing line be-

|
tween the fourth and fifth election districts of St.
|
 
|
Mary's county.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That that portion of the fourth elec-
|
 
|
tion district of St. Mary's county lying north of a
straight line starting from a point at which the road
leading from the Three Notch road to St. Joseph
|
