SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That if and when the

seat of said county, for sealed proposals to build

est responsible bidder, who will give bond, with sure-

ties to be approved by said County Commissioners,

for the due performance of his part of the contract.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the said bridge
|

shall have a sufficient draw provided for all purposes
of navigation, and the said County Commissioners
are hereby authorized to make and establish all need-

ful regulations for the attendance to and care of said

draw, including provision for an attendant, if they

deem it necessary, and such compensation therefor as

to them may seem just and [and] right in the

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the said County
