Public Local Laws, under the head of "Allegany

 

county," relating to birds, be repealed and re-

 

enacted so as to read as follows :

 

193. And be it enacted, That no person within

 

Allegany county shall at any time kill or destroy
any blue bird, swallow, martin, finch, thrush,
