Public Local Laws, under the head of "Allegany
county," relating to birds, be repealed and re-
enacted so as to read as follows :
193. And be it enacted, That no person within
Allegany county shall at any time kill or destroy any blue bird, swallow, martin, finch, thrush,	Penalty for killing birds,
sparrow, wren, oriole or wood-pecker, under the	&c.
penalty of five dollars for each bird so killed or
destroyed.
194. And be it enacted, That no person shall kill
or destroy any pheasant between the first day of	Penalty for
January and the first day of September, or any	killing pheas-
partridge between the first day of January and the fifteenth day of October, under a penalty of five	ants, &c.

destroyed.
195. And be it enacted, That no person shall kill
or destroy any wood-cock between the first day of
