Public Local Laws, under the head of "Allegany

county," relating to birds, be repealed and re-
|
 
|
enacted so as to read as follows :
|
 
|
193. And be it enacted, That no person within
|
 
|
Allegany county shall at any time kill or destroy
any blue bird, swallow, martin, finch, thrush,
|

sparrow, wren, oriole or wood-pecker, under the
|

penalty of five dollars for each bird so killed or
|
 
|
destroyed.
|
 
|
194. And be it enacted, That no person shall kill
|
 
|
or destroy any pheasant between the first day of

January and the first day of September, or any

partridge between the first day of January and the
fifteenth day of October, under a penalty of five
|

or destroy any wood-cock between the first day of

February and the fifteenth day of June, or any
robin between the first day of April and the first

ing of the same is herein prohibited, nor shall any
