CHAPTER 402.

AN ACT to repeal the act of eighteen hundred and

|
sixty-seven, chapter two hundred and sixteen, en-
|
 
|
titled " An act to incorporate the Gwynn's Falls
|
 
|
Bridge Company of the Washington Road.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That the act of eighteen hundred and
|
 
|
sixty-seven, chapter two hundred and sixteen, en-
|

titled " An act relating to the incorporation of the

|
Gwynn's Falls Bridge Company of the Washington
|
 
|
Road," be and the same is hereby repealed.
|
 
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said bridge
|
 
|
be and the same is hereby declared a free public
highway to all intents and purposes, and as such
|

under the care and jurisdiction of the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore, who shall be chargeable

|
with keeping the same in good order for travel.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

CHAPTER 403.
AN ACT to explain certain corporate powers and
privileges heretofore conferred, and also to confer
additional corporate powers and privileges upon the
convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church of
the Diocese of Maryland, by authorizing it to re-
ceive by gift, devise or otherwise, contributions in
money, land or other property, and to hold the
same for the purposes therein mentioned.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
