CHAPTER 399.
AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Com-
missioner of Montgomery county to raise the
bridge over Sligo Creek, on the road leading from
Sandy Spring to Washington city.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the County Commissioners for
Montgomery county be and they are hereby author- ized and directed to have the bridge over Sligo Creek,	Raise bridge.
on the road leading from Sandy Spring to Washing-
ton city, raised ten feet above its present bed, and
that they cause the necessary sum of money for the
same to be levied on the assessable property of the
county.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	In force.

CHAPTER 400.
AN ACT to repeal section nine of article eleven
of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland,
relating to Attorneys at Law, and to enact the
following section in lieu thereof:
SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That section nine, article eleven, of	Additional
the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, be	section.
