CHAPTER 397.

 

AN ACT to incorporate the town of Gaithersburg,

 

in Montgomery county.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That the citizens of the town of

 

Gaithersburg, in Montgomery county, be and they

south side thereof, to a lot of land belonging to the
