CHAPTER 386.
AN ACT to repeal sections one, five and thirteen
of chapter thirty-six of the acts of eighteen
hundred and seventy-two, entitled " An act to-
add a new article to the Code of Public General
Laws, regulating the inspections of tobacco,"
and to re-enact the same with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
