SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of

Talbot county are authorized to pay the sum of

fifty-four dollars and thirty cents to O. P. Sparks,

paid to par-

late Sheriff of Talbot county, for services rendered
|
ties named.

under the oyster law of the State, in the trial of
|
 
|
cases for violation of the same, at Saint Michael's,
|
 
|
on the seventeenth day of April, eighteen hundred
|
 
|
and seventy-three ; and that the sum of one hun-
|
 
|
dred and eighty-eight dollars be and is hereby au-
|
 
|
thorized to be paid by said County Commissioners
|
 
|
