of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Har-

and to re-enact the same with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That section -thirty-four of article twelve of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled	Repealed and re-enacted.
" Harford county," sub-title, " County Commis-
sioner," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-
enacted so as to read as follows :
