it not been done by him it would necessarily have

been done at the expense of the county at some

subsequent time ; therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of
|

said county be and they are hereby authorized, in

of said county a sum sufficient to pay said Robert
|

Goldsborough for said work so performed as afore-

probated account therefor, which he is hereby re-

quired to furnish said commissioners, not to exceed

the sum of ninety dollars.
