AN ACT to repeal section five of chapter three

session, eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, entitled

 

" An act to provide for the selection, drawing and

 

summoning of jurors in the several counties, and

 

prescribing their qualifications," and to re-enact

 

the same with amendment.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That section five of chapter three

 

hundred and twenty- nine, passed at the January

 

session, eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, entitled
" An act to provide for the selection, drawing and

5. Of the forty-eight jurors drawn and summoned,
