Maryland, passed December session, eighteen hun-
dred and forty-six, chapter sixty-eight, entitled ' An act to incorporate the Trustees of Buckingham	Repealed and re-enacted.
Academy and Female Seminary of Berlin,' " be and
the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to
read as follows :

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the act entitled " An act to incorporate
the Trustees of Buckingham Academy and Female	Revived and extended.

altered or annulled by the General Assembly.
2. And be it enacted, That John S. Purnell,
Robert J. Henry, H. R. Pitts, Wm. D. Pitts, Cyrus
L. Williams, L. D. Powell, John R. Purnell, John	Board of trus-
T. Hammond, Levin L. Dirickson and Zadok P.	tees.
Henry, the present Board of Trustees, shall exercise
all the rights, privileges and powers conferred by
said act upon the orignal Board of Trustees, and the
office of said trustees shall not become vacant on
account of failure to attend the meetings of said
board.
