CHAPTER 367.
AN ACT to repeal chapter one hundred and ninety-
two of the acts passed at January session, eighteen
hundred and seventy-four, entitled "An act to
revive and extend an Act of the General Assembly
of Maryland, passed December session, eighteen
hundred and forty-six, chapter sixty-eight, entitled
'An act to incorporate the Trustees of Bucking-
ham Academy and Female Seminary of Berlin,'"
and to re-enact the same with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That chapter one hundred and ninety
two of the acts passed at January session, eighteen
hundred and seventy-four, entitled " An act to re-
vive and extend an Act of the General Assembly of
