closures by persons, horses, cows, cattle, hogs or other animals, and to keep up in suitable condition all such inclosures, and to negotiate for the removal of the

mechanic and household arts in Harford, Kent,
Howard, and Queen Anne's counties.
Whereas by chapter two hundred and eighty-two
of the acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-two, the sum of one thousand dollars was appropriated to	Preamble
