CHAPTER 353.
AN ACT to refund to John S. Walters, of Caroline
county, a sum of money erroneously paid by him
into the treasury of the State.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treasury

CHAPTER 354.
AN ACT directing the Comptroller to issue his
warrant to the Treasurer to pay John W. Den-
ton and Zachariah Bowen for services rendered
by them respectively in the State Tobacco Ware-
