Cullember, of St. Mary's county;" and the act of
eighteen hundred and seventy-six, chapter three
hundred and twenty, entitled " An act granting to
certain soldiers and widows of soldiers of the war of
eighteen hundred and twelve, a pension of eighty
dollars per annum, to be paid in quarterly instal-
ments," be and the same are hereby repealed.

AN ACT to repeal section twenty-one of the Acts

session, eighteen hundred and seventy-six, chapter

two hundred and forty-nine, entitled " An act to

provide for the revision of the Lists of Registered
|
 
|
Voters in this State," and to re-enact the same
|
 
|
with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted Ity the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That section twenty-one of the Acts
|
 
|
of the General Assembly, passed at the January ses-
sion, eighteen hundred and seventy-six, chapter two
hundred and forty-nine, entitled " An act to provide
|

this State, be and the same is hereby repealed and

re-enacted so as to read as follows :

SEC. 21. The Officers of Registration for the sev-

eral wards of Baltimore city, shall receive a salary
|
 
|
of five hundred dollars for the year eighteen hundred
|
