CHAPTER 348.

 

AN ACT to amend the charter and enlarge the

 

powers of the Maryland Coal Company.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That the Maryland Coal Company,

 

incorporated by the act of January session, eighteen
hundred and sixty-eight, chapter four hundred and

 

twenty-eight, and the supplementary act of January
session, eighteen hundred and seventy, chapter fifty,

 

be and it is hereby authorized and empowered to

 

create and issue not exceeding twenty thousand
