CHAPTER 347.

 

AN ACT to repeal section one hundred and fifty-

 

one of article four of the Code of Public Local

 

Laws of Baltimore city, relating to coroners and

 

inquests, as amended by chapter forty-five of the

 

Acts of Assembly of eighteen hundred and seventy-

 

two, and re-enact the same to read as follows :

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That section one hundred and fifty-

 

one of article four of the Code of Public Local Laws
