CHAPTER 341.

AN ACT to amend article forty-four of the Code
|
 
|
of Public General Laws, title " Hospital, Mary-
|
 
|
land," as the same was amended by the act of
|
 
|
eighteen hundred and seventy-six, chapter three
|
 
|
hundred and fifty-one, entitled " An act to repeal
|
 
|
sections one to thirteen, both inclusive, of article
|
 
|
forty-four of the Code of Public General Laws,"
|
 
|
title " Maryland Hospital," and to enact in lieu
|
 
|
thereof the following, to be arranged as sections of
|
 
|
said article of the Code, by amending section four
|
 
|
of said article, and by re-enacting said section four
|
 
|
as amended, and by adding an additional section
|
 
|
to said article forty-four, as so amended by the
|
 
|
act of eighteen hundred and seventy-six, chapter
|
 
|
three hundred and fifty-one.

|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
 
|
bly of Maryland, That section four of article forty-
|
 
|
four of the Code of Public General Laws, title
|
 
|
" Hospital, Maryland," as the same was amenied by
|
 
|
the act of eighteen hundred and seventy-six, chapter
|
 
|
three hundred and fifty-one, entitled "An act to
|

re-enacted.

4. The Board of Managers shall appoint one of
