CHAPTER 340.
AN ACT to repeal an act of the Legislature passed
at January session, eighteen hundred and severity-
six, chapter four hundred and six, entitled " An
act to repeal sections one, two, three, four, five,
six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen,
fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen,
nineteen and twenty," title " Baltimore County,"
sub-title " Roads," passed at the January session
of the Legislature of eighteen hundred and seven-
ty-four, chapter two hundred and seventy-four, and
to re-enact the same with amendments, and to
enact the following in lieu thereof:
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That chapter four hundred and six,
of the acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-six, en-
titled " An act to repeal sections one, two, three,
