CHAPTER 53.

AN ACT to refund to Robert J. Price, of Dorches-

ter county, a certain sum of money erroneously

paid into the Treasury.

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the Treasurer of the State be

effect from and after the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 54.

AN ACT to repeal section one of the acts of the

General Assembly of Maryland, of January ses-

sion, eighteen hundred and seventy-six, chapter

three hundred and eighty-seven, entitled " An act

to regulate the shooting of Ducks and other Wild

Fowl in West and Rhode rivers and their creeks

in Anne Arundel county," and re-enact the same

with amendments.

SECTION 1. And be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That section one of chapter three

hundred and eighty-seven of the acts of the General

Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January session

of eighteen hundred and seventy-six, entitled " An
