SEC. 5. Be it enacted, That the Surveyor of Bal-

SEC. 8. Be it enacted, That before each and every
election held in Baltimore county, it shall be the
duty of the County Commissioners of Baltimore	Appoint

SEC. 9. Be it enacted, That upon the Register of
