CHAPTER 317.

AN ACT to establish two voting precincts in the

eighth election district of Baltimore county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That the Surveyor of Bal-

timore county shall lay off said precincts in the fol-

lowing manner : Beginning at a point in the centre

of Baltimore and Yorktown turnpike, opposite the

SEC. 3. Be it enacted, That that portion of the

eighth election district north of said line shall be

known as the first precinct, and that the voting place

the eighth election district south of said line shall

be known as the second precinct, and that the voting

place shall be at or near the railroad station at Timo-

nium.

SEC. 4. Be it enacted, That the Surveyor of Balti-

more county shall report, upon conclusion of this

work, to the County Commissioners of Baltimore

county, in writing, designating the dwellings and

names of occupant within fifty yards of said line on
