CHAPTER 314.
AN ACT to repeal the second section of the Act
of General Assembly, passed at January session,
eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, chapter four
hundred and three, entitled "An act to provide for
the indexing the records in the office of the Regis-
ter of Wills for Allegany county," and to re-enact
the same with amendments.
