ered by the said collector, in his own name, as other
small debts are recovered, before a justice of the
peace, together with the costs of suit; and such
penalty, when recovered, shall be paid to the County
Commissioners.

CHAPTER 304.
AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay the
claim of John Feast and R. J. Davidson.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the Comptroller of the
Treasury be and he is hereby requested and directed
to issue his warrant upon the treasurer to pay to
John Feast the sum of two hundred and forty-six
dollars, for work done and materials furnished upon
the grounds of the Governor's Mansion, under the	Claims to be
order and direction of Governor Bowie ; to pay to	paid.
R. J. Davidson the sum of twenty-six dollars, for
work done and materials furnished for the office of
the Insurance Commissioner, under the order and
direction of the former commissioner, as per certificate of Jesse K. Hines, Insurance Commissioner.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	In force.
