	AN ACT to repeal section three hundred and ten
	of article eleven of the Public Local Laws, enti-
	tled " Frederick county," as re-enacted by chapter
	seventy-eight of the acts of eighteen hundred and
	seventy-four, and to re-enact said section so as to
	read as follows :
	SEC. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
	Maryland, That section three hundred and ten of
