|

seventy-four, and to re-enact said section so as to

|

read as follows :

SEC. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

|
|
|
Maryland, That section three hundred and ten of
|
|
|
|
article eleven of the Public Local Laws, entitled
|
|
|
|
"Frederick county," as re-enacted by chapter seventy-
eight of the acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-
